I have a 64 litre tank and i am moving house and was wondering how to move he tank, without causing the fish any stress? help please.

Take has mush of the water you can. do not clean your filters or graval. pust the fishs in plastic contains the ones you buy in tesco the water tide ones. put one fish in each one dont feed fish for 3 days reducing Ammonia levels and put some Stress Coat and Stress Zyme API

How many fish you have? what sizes are they coldwater or topical

Drain the tank, put the fish into as large a container as you can easily transport and fill it with tank water. Chuck the rest away. Move tank, fill with dechlorinated tapwater, get to temp, acclimatise fish by adding new-temp tank water a little at a time to the container they're in, and then put them in the tank once it's in position.

That's if your tank will be moved in relative quick time (i.e. a couple of hours or so). If you have a very long move, you'd be much better rehoming the fish to a friend's tank for the duration of the move, then putting them back in once your tank is set back up again.
