Could someone please tell me how to keep my plants growing and looking healthy, i have seen tanks on here where the plants look incredibly healthy, they are almost a vibrant green, some of my leaves are brown and others are yellowy.
Please someone help
Any advice will be appreciated :good:
Thanks

Before anyone can answer relating to your specific aquarium you need to tell us details i.e. tank size, lighting, CO2, ferts, substrate, water chemistry etc. etc. as much detail as possible.

In summary the right balance of light, nutrients and planting will provide a healthy planted tank.

ok i have a 190l tank with a fine gravel substrate. My tank has 1.44 wpg and no CO2 injector. I currently have 3 Echinodorus bleheri, 3 Alternanthera rosaefolia, 2 Cryptocoryne bullosa, 2 Chlorophytum bichettii and quite a few others which the species im not sure about!
I have just started adding Nutrafin Plant Gro every week, my PH is 7 - 7.5 and my nitrites, nitrates and ammonia is low.
I hope this helps!!
Would it be worth me buyin a CO2 injector??
Thanks

CO2 is good. In a 190 l. tank I'd recommend a pressurized system. Bargains can be found on e-bay.

Fitting reflectors to your current tubes if you haven't already done so will improve growth too.
