How To Get My Fish To Stop Eating My Plants

I have two little jungle val plants in my tank. Though they were pretty small when I got the everytime I look at them they are smaller or a piece of it is floating around . My cherry barbs like to hang out in that area and I think they are eating my plant. How do I get them to stop?

Unfortunately you cant really prevent them from eating the plants. You can get other plants that are less prone to be eaten such as Anubias, Java fern etc. The other option is put in a large number of plants so that the plants have time to recover from being eaten.
