Nope, because there is no formula, and any chart you make will not apply to all/most betta fish. For example, you could have a cross between a veil tail and a crown tail, and you would get 50% crown 25% veil, and 25% comb (not accuarte). But then say if one of the veils from this mateing was to spawn with another veil, you'll still get a small percentage of combs and crowns, despit neither fish displaying those characteristics. So in shot there is no way to determine a fish's geneology from just apparence. Asking the breeder would help you, but still, such a chart will not apply to all bettas.
And spade tails are no a cross between crowns and veils. They are a genetic oddity (like all tail types began as) that are commonly found in plakats, and short finned betta fish.
