I want to change the stocking of my 20 to a young krib pair, and I can't rehome any of my girls. How would I change the stocking? I have some aggression at the moment, and I fear lowering the numbers will increase the aggression. I can't add any more caves or plants, the tank is stuffed! Should I let the bettas die off, then re-cycle the tank? Any suggestions?

No one around me wants them, and my mom disapproves of me giving them away when I had bought them.

I see from your profile you have about 20 females?
My recommendation would be get another tank for your plans . With your girls, you need to wait, as if there is nowhere for them to go you are going to have to stick with them, they will love about two years.

It's the 20g, I have 10 female in there at the mo but 1 will move out in the next month.

Is your mom opposed to you finding them homes if you were able to?  Are you a member of any betta groups on FB?  There are always people looking for female bettas in the ones I am a member of.  That is somewhere to start if you haven't already and your mom would be fine with letting you rehome. 
 
Other than that, you will be better off either getting another tank for the kribs or waiting until your females die off.
