How To Feed Vegetables To Molly ?

I heard here that mollys are vegetable eaters and more vegitables should be feed to them, And i am searching some veg-Food Flakes,
but i want to feed them fresh vegitables,
please tell me how to,
heard that peas can be feed to molly!
Here in india it's peas season ,
so tell me how to do it?
Should i boil them ?

for peas, cook them, squeeze them out of the shell and chop them small and feed. easy as can be most fish go nuts for peas.
