how do people in their sigs have say "my 50gal journal"

then when people click on it it takes them to that page. is there a special code?

if you dont get that. when people, on posts put a link to a site but instead of the whole web address coming up they can write like link or fish website or whatever

Your code needs to be like this (take the spaces out of the first url part in brackets, this is there so it would show the code):

[ url="http/www.fishforums.net" ] Visit My Website [/url]

Which makes this:

Visit My Website
