laying on her side, heavy breathing, not moving much, also i think she looks slimmer but not 100% sure.

will test the water now

ph-7.6
ammonia-0ppm
nitrite-0ppm
nitrate-10-20ppm

but that seems fine to me.

new simptom redness in the face, couldnt quite see as she was at top then looked 5 mins later she is at back by heater.

so is there any cure?

that doesnt sound like swim bladder to me .could well be water related

yes sorry i just saw your results , those stats are indeed fine . so the only symptoms are lying on its side gasping and the red face?

also (this may or may not be helpful) she hasnt been eating really for 2 days i think, she is usally one to get the first

are the other fish gasping too? 1st line of defence try doing a big waterchange .

Rams are often kept at the lfs in ro water then when you buy them and put them into tap water they develope osmo regulatory problems because of the disolved solids in your supply, could this be the case with your fish ?

not so very few lfs keep fish in ro water . tbh when a fish is lying on its side gasping like yours its not a very good prognosis im afraid . usually this means the fish is near death. it could be a number of things . most likely bacterial .
