How To Catch Clown Loach

Not really an emergency but needs to be done as swaping tanks
What is the best way to catch clown loach with out them getting caught in the net

I ruined my last net and stressed out the clowns last time I moved them and do not want to stress them again (tank split moved them to a holding tank and now need to move them back to new tank...)

tried waiting for them to go into their favourite mango root and then move it but takes forever (got one though)

Five to go..... these are all 8" fish hence my concern..

try and coach the fish into a submersed container (a large jug or something) then scoop them out in that will avoid any net tangles
