How To Care For Eggs..

My emperor tetras and boesemani always seem to be spawning. I've just let them do what ever and have been hopeful to come across some fry eventually. They seem pretty intent on eating these I think. I came across a dead fry while cleaning out the filter, and I think it was a emperor. I tossed a spawning mop in last night and as expected I have eggs on it this afternoon. I don't know whos they are though, I'm kinda stuck now. The procedure for hatching rainbow or emperor eggs are quite different..... Suggestions?
