I have 4 little guppies. 1 has turned into a beautiful male. 2 look to be females. 1 still has no color on its tail and not sure of sex yet.

But how soon can my little male teenage guppy get these little females pregnant? any ideas?
He already looks to be chasing the females or maybe they are just playing.

Not sure can't remember, somewhere from 3 months i think.

Are they all related? Its not a good idea to bred close reletave guppys as they are already quite inbred as a species.

They can start breeding as soon as they have a gonopodium, which in some cases is a little earlier then 3 months. If you can, try to seperate them though. As Toxis said, it's not good for them to inbreed with their siblings too much. :)

They are 3 different sizes. The male is the biggest. The two females are a little smaller. Then I have one fry. I had 3 females having babies around the same time. So I couldn't say if they were all siblings or not.

do you have any pictures?? nothing to do with the question or anything but i would love to see some pics. is the picture on your avatar a picture of the male?? i have a male that looks exactly like that one  i'll get some picrures of mine if you want.

Hi Paige!
Yes the one in my avatar is of my male that I took just last night. I tried to take pictures of the others but they just move so fast it makes my camera so blury. My digital camera doesn't seem to like water and I can't find a setting that will work well on it so far. I'd love to see pictures of yours. What kind of camera do you have and any setting ideas?
