How Quick Will They Grow?

I have 2 baby Gibbiceps (2.5-3 inches) And can't find any info on how quickly they grow to their full 24inch adult size. They are fed flake, algae wafers, daphnia and fresh veg (they are in with my gouramis at the moment so get these foods in varying ammounts) they have plants, bogwood and a cave to hide in and we do regular water changes so are quite happy fish (I know stress can affect growth)

it will take a while to reach full size, but will hit 10-12 inches pretty quickly given the right conditions, within a year at a guess.
