I'd get a few more rainbows and maybe a few more cories.

With tetras the more you have the better.. so maybe even add 2 more of each tetra..

2 more Glow Light Tetras, 2 more 4 White Clouds, 4 more Kuhilli Loaches, 2 more Albino Cories, 4 more Ottos, 2 more Black Skirt Tetras, what sex are the gourami's? Though you should then really cut a few species out.

Its honestly hard to say how your tank looks without a pic. Do you have any live or fake plants in it ? If you do add quite a few more tetras to get that appear disapear effect with them , get more corey cats they school also. But these are my opinions , you have to look at it everyday so its up to you for how it looks.

Looking at your signature, I've figured out what's wrong. It's too long!
Sorry, just figured I'd point out that the signature rules on this forum only allow 5 lines of standard sized text.
There is however, a section in your profile in which you can add your aquariums and fish. I recommend you add it there and either link or direct people to it =)

Fish wise, I dont really know. I'd add more otos and kuhlis myself, seeing as it's said they like eachothers company. As for most of the other fish, I've never kept them myself so I couldn't advice on them.

Dwarf platties are a sort of strain bred, they last a few generations before the strain stops.
