How Much Tropica Plant Nutrition Should I Add

Im getting some TPN from aquaessentials.co.uk and i wondered how much i should add per week/day or whenever?

Tank: 180L
Filter: Fluval 305
Temp: 25
Lights: 2x30w (one standard juwel tube and one interpet beauty tube will to change though if needed?)
Substrate: Sand
Plants: Amazon sword, amazon frogbit, java fern,Fiddisens moss, anubias, crypt, cabomba, ebay moss ball and vallis also one other but i don't know what it is il get a picture up soon though.

There all growing fine none have ever died there all nice and green they just don't grow very fast and are all quite small.

Any other info you need just ask there's a picture of it in the photo section.

EDIT: also whats better TPN or TPN+?

8mls daily, do not buy tpn, it contains no n or p, get the plus version which contains n+p, get it from fluid sensor online as it is cheaper.

Alot more than it says on the site then lol its not cheap then about 8 quid a month if i buy 250ml a time will it make alot of difference?

The stated doses on the bottle aren't very god to be honest, you could start at 4ml a day and increase if necesarry, order 500ml at a time as you will save money. Mixing your own ferts would be a lot cheaper.

I know but it seems very confusing to me can you try and simple it up for me? or i could swap you that 1000lph powerhead for some if you want it.
