How Much Sand?

I'd like to put white sand in my nursery tank - how much would i need roughly for a 60l tank? I have no idea about weight of sand!

Just as a guide, I got 25kgs for a 125litre tank and still have some left so I would think 10 to 12kgs would be plenty.

That isnt white sand though is it? Well, it doesnt look it in the pic anyway If it is though that would be great, argos is 2 mins from me (thanks for the offer but a bit of a ways for me )

I use 1lb of sand per 2 gallons. So my 10 gal has 5lbs of sand in it and my 20 gal has 10lbs of sand in it. This is in US gallons not UK.

yep 1 bag of tesco or argos playsand will do 2 x 60ltr unles you are 'making mountains'
