How Much Gravel

hey guys im makin a new tank and i want to know how thick u would put the gravel because its goin to be a well planted tank

Id say 2-3 inches if you want a planted setup, id also make the level of the gravel higher at the back of the tank than the front, have it sloping upwards from the front to the back, if you make the gravel to even throughout the tank you can get flat bottom syndrome and it doesnt look to good IMHO.
