How Much Fertilizer?

Hiya,

Just put some plants into my 140 gallon. None are taller than 6 inches.

9 corkscrew vallisneria
8 dwarf mondo grass
2 hornwort
2 amazon swords(don't know what kind)
2 java ferns
2 water onions
1 red flame sword
1 cryptocoryne undulata
1 micro sword narrow leaf
1 wisteria
1 ludwigia repens

How much fertilizer do I use per week based on the amount of plants I have? I bought Seachem Flourish. The bottle says 5mls for every 60 u.s gallons. But I don't know how that can be accurate considering they don't know how many plants I have.

need to know a lot more like substrate, light type & wattage, fish load, filter, and nitrate levels....

Tank measurements: 6ft long, 2ft tall, 18" wide (140g)
Filter: FX5
Filter media: foam inserts, biomax, coarse filter pad, fine filter pad, water polishing pad.
Lighting:it came with a reflective hood with 2- 55 watt (2G11 lamps). It looks like there are 4 tubes but it's actually 2 that are connected at one end, forming a "U" shape.
Substrate: 3-5mm sized red river gravel
Temp:79 degrees
CO2: No
Ferts: Seachem Flourish
Decorative airstone is 12'' in length
Ammonia: 0
pH: 7.7
*No fish yet.
I have been adding water from another cycled tank. Approx. 30 gallons so far.
