I just bought some Hikari brand frozen blood worms. How much and how often should I feed it to my betta? The container says feed only how ever much the betta will eat in a few minutes 3 times a day but that seems like a lot.

Serve once or twice a week, each serving being a couple worms. A Betta eating bloodworms for a few mintues and 3 times a day will most likely kill it.

you also want to offer the betta other foods besides the bloodworms. You can feed them on pellets, insect larvae, freeze dried foods and frozen or live brineshrimp or daphnia.

I only feed mine bloodworm twice a week (once in the day)

Other foods i feed them is betta pellets, jmc protien food, flake food, beefheart once a week, bit of a pea every sunday, i alternate frozen foods as well, i use daphnia, mossy larv, brine shrimp, and a special frozen mix.
