How Many Times To Feed Frozen Bloodworms To Get The Best Growth And Co

Broadly speaking, most frozen foods are not regarded as being that nutritous, despite many fish going bonkers for them upon addition. Fish will grow bigger and quicker with a good mix of foods, just like us, so that there are no serious deficiencies in the way of amino acids (protein/ muscle building blocks); minerals; vitamins etc.

I wouldn't feed frozen foods more than once or twice a week. The rest of the time use a mix of high protein granulated foods and a good quality flake or pellet.
