Do they actually eat the wafer? Mine prefer flakes and the pellets you use.

With baby fish such as fry, you can feed up to 3 times a day.

With full grown adults you can feed them once a day to even every other day. It is important to not overfeed or you will create an imbalance of organics in the tank.

Once a day is more than enough.

Thanks a lot :) i was worried I was under feeding them and yeah they absolutely love a wafer hehe they all try and sit on top of each other to get to it!!! its gone within about an hour and half haha

all my fish get fed twice a day, every day. I've never had a problem with organic waste from feeding morning and evening - this will only happen if your filter is uncycled and if you feed too much in one go. Never feed more than they can eat in less than a minute.
I have found it difficult to get food to cories as my platies also love sinking pellets and they steal them. Cories also love frozen blood worm (I stick the frozen block into the substrate and they dig for it), frozen daphnia blocks and mine adore dried tubiflex blocks stuck to the glass (near the bottom for cories so they can get to it). They actually go crazy for the tubiflex so it might be worth a go. I have the King British version

I feed twice a day, in very small amounts.
I drop wafers in for the corys last thing at night when I turn the lights off.
I have no corys in my Cpd tank, but pop a small wafer in there every couple of days for the shrimp, & the Cpd's go mad for it
