How Many Skirt Tetras

hello I was wondering how many black and White skirt tetras can I put in a 9 gallon tank

I now have 4 black skirt tetras and 1 white one

Any info on that will help

I'd say that would do. but 1 more maximum, you shouldnt need an algae cleaning either since they are a relatively tidy fish
