How Many Schooling Fish In Ten Gallon Tank?

I already got six white cloud minnow in my ten gallon tank. They said tetras get along well with minnow. I am trying to decided Neon, or Cardinal or Glow Light.
I want to know how many more schooling fish I need to add? Thanks. Also which tetras? Can't decide.

I would add a small group of corys - pandas or pygmys would be a good choice for your tank size providing your filtration is up to scratch.

I wouldn't add any more upper level shoaling fish as things would be a little over crowded.

I have 7 black phantoms and 6 black neons in mine, it's not crowded since they all use both levels of the tank.

Before I got the phantoms the neons always stayed up the top, but now they come to the bottom lots and all the fish shoal.
