How Many Rams?

So, I've got my new tank up and running with black gravel, a rock structure in the center and the entire back part planted and after a trip to the lfs I've decided to stock it with some Rams. I need to know how many I can keep and what are some good tank mates (specifically dither fish as I've read that they are rather shy fish). I was thinking I could keep a pair of Bolivians and a pair of Germans and a school of around 10 neon tetras with some shrimp and snails for clean up. Would this work? Would I be overstocking? I'm open to any suggestions.

sounds good to me. im not sure how high agression levels between different rams is, but there is probably none or low.
instead of 2 pairs of 2 rams you couls go for another dwarf cichlid
apistogramma agassizii
or
A.borellii
or
A.trifasciata
