They don't produce much waste so i would say you could get 6 to take it up to ten.

clown is only an inch i will move him when he gets bigger, id say 3 to 4 inchs, plus they only grow an inch a year

Yes but don't get anymore, and keep an eye on water quality to make sure, also you could add an extra filter a small one.

I would scrap the Kuhli and get some more Clowns. They need to be in a small group (3 at least) to be happy.
