How Many Loaches?

I was wondering how many dojo loaches it would be good to have in a 20 gallon tank? I had two but one died of unknown causes! I'm going back for more.

That max size is a bit out, 12" is very maximum and even then only sometimes for certain species. Since there's loads of species sold under the name weather loach, ranging from, say, 4" to 12", you need to attempt to identify which species you can actually get. I think www.loaches.com has some good info.
