How Many Guppy

i have a 7 gal tank i was wondering how many guppies i should have in there, i was thinking maybe 3 males and 2 females, does this seem about right or can i put more in the tank??

Really you should have at least 2-3females per male, but 7gals is quite small- personally i would have just that- 2-3females and a male, but no more.

I would also make some sort of contingency plan for the fry if I went with mixed sexes: they may eat them all, but then again they may not. Unpredictable place, Nature.

yea your females are bound to get pregnant...have room for the fry? have lots of plants for those little fry to hide, they will have quite a few babies a month apart

well im should be getting a 20 gal tank soon, will that be enough, then ill split the sexes, any fish left over ill just sell or give them away
