I have a Betta Lifespace 35litre aquarium,
I also have lots of guppies which I'm wanting to home..
but I'm wondering how many Adult Guppies I could put in the tank..

Your tank is about 9 US gallons, the recommendation is 1" of fish for each US gallon.

Males grow to about 2"
Females grow to about 2.5"

So at a push you could have 4 females or 5 males in that tank to be at the recommended stocking level.

With increased filtration and increased water changes you could increase on this figure

For something as small as a guppy the bioload isn't very big. The inch per gallon rule isn't really easily applicable with guppies / neons and other small or much larger fish especially in smaller tanks.

I think 10 guppies would be fine even without increased filtration. Normal levels of filtration would be fine IMO.
