I just came home from petsmart with 4 new guppies, 3 female and 1 male. I've had a tank cycling for a while now, and the params look pretty good. They're floating in the tank at the moment, and theres also my 3 guppies in my established tank, containing 1 male and 2 females. Any advise on if I should add all 4 new fish to the new tank, or should I add some to the tank With the 3 guppies I already have? Fast replies needed/very very much appreciated.

I'm not sure, but I don't think it matters where you put them. If the new tank is cycled, I say put them in there. But it depends on how big your tanks are. If they are 5 gallons, then four guppies in each tank is the limit, but if they are larger tanks, you could put the new ones with your old ones if you want. The "old" guppies might be agressive to your "new" guppies though . . . mine were at first, but they got over it. As long as you keep the ratio to 2-3 females to 1 male, they'll be fine wherever you put them. :D

How did you cycle your tank? Fishless with added ammonia? If so, you'll want to add in all the fish so the bacteria don't die off. If you cycled it with fish, you'll want to add them gradually so you don't overload the bacteria colony. Keep a close eye on the water params too, since Guppies are pretty weak now, thanks to all the inbreeding.
