thanks for any replies

i'm not sure if it is 19 litres i thought it was bigger than 4 gallons, has anyone ever saw the elite fish tank packages mine is the burgandy coloured stingray one, come on it will definately fit 1 adult guppy in i know it will ,its big enough anyway i would of thought,my babies are about 0.5cm-1cm i was thinking about putting 7 of them in but with the looks of it i would be overstocked or would i -_- any surgestions!

Guppys are sociable fish so one alone wouldn't be a good idea, 5gallons is the bare minimum but the much more accepted and official minimum tank size for guppys is 10gallons because they are very active sociable fish and appreiciate and enjoy their space. I would have to agree your tank is 4gallons though which is too small, putting a betta in it would be your best bet.

She doesn't really want a betta and mine are fine i have 5 females in a 3 gallon while they are pregnant but will eventually be moved to the 10 gallon

The tank is waaay too small for them and i bet you don't have a filter or heater for it, no? "fine" is one word, "highly stresed out" is another phrase...Im suprised you would put them through that, but then again post count is nothing to base knolegable actions on...

Its only there birthing tank they are in a 10 gallon mainly and yes it does have a heater and filter in there
