This question always annoys me. so i was wondering if there is any rule if u are getting fish the same size as in your tank?

Sort of confused by what you said at the end...

If the tank is cycled, then, everything else depends on the size of the tank, not necessarily the current tank in habitants...

Depends on how big the tank is and how big the fish are that you are adding. Like you can add 4-6 corydoras in at a time.

The system only has enough bacteria to support your current bioload. As long as you are not near capacity the bacteria can double in about 24 hours. So in theory you can double the bioload. I would avoid feeding in the 1st 24 hours and keep testing for ammonia and nitrite as if it was a new tank, with water changes as needed. Both readings should return to 0 and stay there fairly quickly.

Please note my comments on capacity which applies to both the filter and the tank. You can't just keep adding fish:)
