I really would like to get some tetras like maybe 5-7 more :(

the fish in the top pic is a black widow or black skirt tetra and should be kept in groups. They are also fin nippers and might chomp the guppy's tail. If you get rid of them you could have some more neons.
The catfish with stripes could be a zebra peckoltia and won't get much bigger than 4-5 inches.
It also depends on how much food is going in the tank and how often you do water changes. You should monitor the nitrates and if they go up a lot between water changes then feed less or reduce the number of fish.
If they stay low between water changes then you could add a couple more tetras.
You can add a couple of shrimp because they don't take up much room.

Thanks Colin_T, for your reply.... My NITRITE is on 0 same as ammonia level, I change watter every week some times even 5 or 3 days but dont let it go over a week... What do you mean to get rid of those 2 fish how? lol ive have flashed down the toilet my sword tail fish once coz it killed 2 of my neons i was angry abit but i wouldn't like to do it ever again its abit cruel i guess.

But i do like neons allot coz they dont take much space and produce less waste in compare to those other one black widow or black skirt tetra. I dont know maybe if some one lives in London i would be happy to give them away or somth but not sure.

It can also be disastrous for our native fish. Any disease your fish are carrying (I make no assumptions) will end up in our water ways which could have a horrible affect on our native fish. Please don't do this ;)

if you ever have to get rid of pet fish then take them back to the petshop. Most shops will give you a bit of credit for them and you can use that to purchase plants, food, etc.
But even if they don't give you a credit just take any unwanted fish back to the fish/pet shop. Don't release them and don't flush them.
