How Many Fish Can I Have In A 3Ft Tank?

Hi,can i have the following in a 3ft tank,106l.
3,bronze corries
1 albino ,
5 sterbai,
3 pitbull pleco
4 glowlight tetra ,
4 neon tetra

If so would this be the limit ,or could i have more of each one?

I'd keep the Cory's as they are, increase the Pitbull Plec's to 4 and increase the Tetra numbers to 6-8 each.
