How many clowns can I put in a 30g Tall. Eventually I am going to add a long tentacled anenome. After I have them together for awhile could I add Coral or some crustations?

IMO it would be best to have just one pair of clowns to prevent fighting- if you had more, then it is likely two would form a pair bond and would harrass any other clowns in the tank.

Keep in mind that Clownfish do not need anemones to survive.
As mentioned above, one pair would be all that you could keep in that tank.
If you absolutely need an anemone, I would reccommend getting ATLEAST a power compact lighting system. Anemones usually don't last too long in the home aquarium unless all of their needs are met perfectly. Corals as well need a lot of light.

As far as crustaceans go, it's a good idea to have hermit crabs and snails. They will help clean your sand bed and the algae off of your glass and rocks/decorations.
