How Many Black Widow Tetras Could I Have In A 15ukg

just wondering how many black widows i could keep in a 15g.

Quite a few.. They don't create much of a bioload but they are fairly active.. what are the dimensions of the tank? length is more important than height

Its a good size.. are you planning on having any tank mates?
I'd probably go for a dozen at most, less if adding a few catfish to keep the tank active in all stratas.

Its entirely personal preferance.. I tend to like seeing some activity in the whole tank + it helps if you accidently overfeed a little.
You could of course add some shrimp as they add next to nothing to the bioload.

You can get atleast 6-7 black skirt tetras, with maybe 4-5 cardinal tetras, or 3-4 C. Aeneus

Do you know what cycling a tank is? Because you will need to know how to do this before you could add fish to the tank. I'd recommend 6-7 long finned black widow tetras and 4-5 julli corys.

yes i do, i already have a full setup and have had many in the past. i am buying a new tank next month and will use my current tank to house some tetras, simply because i like them, i will of course be fishless cycling my new tank when it arrives before i add any fish.
