how long till guppy fry can be put with adult males to breed?

Let them get to at least an inch and a half or so for the sake of their health - they can get very stressed otherwise. Most can breed surprisingly early on.

If the male is the father of the fry I wouldn't put them back as inbreeding can cause defects and a weaken strain of guppy.
