Hi Again,

I have new Guppy fry now. 11 of them have been born today. Can someone tell me the approximate time it takes before they are big enough to be introduced in to the main tank?

Theoretically they should be ready for the big tank when they are too big to fit into the mouth of any of the larger fish. However, we all know that some fish will attack any new comer to the tank. So to give them a chance wait about 10-12 weeks before adding them. They should be over an inch by this time and be able to avoid trouble. HTH
