How Long Would This Tank Last

i have a 180g tank
i have 1 8in arowana
and 1 6in clown knife
both fish can grow larger then 3 feet (yes i know)

i want to put about 10 african syclids and thos 2 fish in that tank from what im told there is no problem with the syclids for life but how long will it take the aro to out grow the tank becuase he would probly have to be around 20inces to not fit in that tank.
