How Long Should I Keep My Pacu?

She loves her pacu but he has grown to over 7" long and wider than a hand. We have a 150 gal tank. I think he's too big and will start to eat the rest of the fish if we don't get rid of him soon. We have mixture of community and agressive fish, he seems placid for now but 7 small fish have gone missing this week. It could have been him but also my wife thinks our 14" placo might be the culpit during the night. What are your thoughts?

Plecos are very bad at catching fish.

How big were these small fish? Small enough to be eaten by anything?

They were mostly neon’s, which are smaller, then his food but we feed him fist so I can see what he eats. He never bothers with the smaller fisher normally But his mouth is the size of my thumb and I can see he has four teeth.
