My co2 has been running 10 hrs a day at 2 bps and the bottle is now empty....

Surely this is`nt right?

Can`t see it being a leak as i sealed all the thread on the bottle with ptfe. and there was no break in the air line untill it got under the watter, where i placed the non return valve...

Something is deffiently not right.
Is it JBL? Becasue i remember jimbooo had a problem with his JBL and he used up a 500g in a few days.

t`was a disposabe, that came with the kit...

You have a leak, My cylinder (SIP welding gas) lasts over a month.

Yeh should last months even at 2bps. Sounds like a leak to me as well. Perhaps in the reg?

Yep - you gotta leak. Had the same happen to me several years ago. Personally I'd ditch using PTFE - sounds daft to abandon it when trying to deal with a leak, however, it shouldn't be needed and is perhaps not CO2 proof? My kit makes a lot of mention of don't do this and don't do that when connecting the regulator. It largely amounts to just screw the reg on reasonably firmly.
