How Long Does It Take

I'm just curious how long it takes for a bacterial infection to kill a fish. I've searched the web, and I have yet to see a timeframe, apart from "...can kill within hours".

Anyone shed some light?

depends how soon you noticed it and how far advanced it was, what sort it was and the fish size i am affraid would say couple of hours up too a couple of months

Totally agree, how bad is the infection, is the fish already stressed or weakened, are you using any meds, what bacteria is it..... too amny variables.
It's a bit like asking if a human gets an infection, how long until THEY die...
