Well theres a good chance my power will go out tonite and i dont have a battery powered pump But im getting one tomorrow. Anyway how long can fish go with out air?

from what I've seen it depends on the size tank, the amount of dissolved oxygen already in it and the size of the fish.

Keep your eye on them you'll know when they are struggling to breathe.

some signs to look for are, obviously labored breathing, laying on their side, gasping at the surface.

The goldfish might not do too well, seeing as how it is cramped in a five gallon tank. You might want to lower the temperature by about 5-10 degrees F over a long period of time. That way the goldfish can get acclimated to lower temperatures, at which more O2 is available for it.

How long of an outtage?

What fish are in the other tanks?

The goldfish doesnt have a heater, the 55g only has 2 dempseys, im worried about my 20g its holding a few big fish from my 55g :S and to top it up im not at home
