How Long Between Fish

i have a 29 us gallon tank with 20 lbs live sand and 20lbs of live rock. i let the tank run for 2 weeks before putting in a false percula and a clean up crew. i want to add some more rock, 1 pajama cardinal, 1 banggai cardinal and a yellow watchman goby. how long should i go between adding the fish? also, how should i go about adding the rock? can i add the rock at any time, or will it affect the parameters?

add fully cured live rock and you should be fine, i added 20kg of rock that had been out of water for 3 hours once with no adverse affects on my livestock.

i would wait another few weeks before adding anything else, best to be patient and see how the clown gets on first.

im also not 100% sure about the cardinals together, may need to check that one out.
