well what i did was even though most of the bubbles are very small from the diffuser, i left my ladder in for now and kept the tubing running down my ladder(helps keep my diffuser in the sand)just extended it so it can reach down far enough so my diffuser sits in the sand but i noticed the bubbles are coming straight up and goind under the bottom step of my ladder and traveling up the ladder as it does originally except these bubbles are already very tiny and the result is i now have very very very small bubble traveling up and even furthermore dissipating. hope my rambling made sense. i will try to post a photo. might help get even more co2 into the tank.

well since then i removed the ladder and just tucked it in between some plants. im waiting for my new plants for a complete teardown since i royally screwed things up by removing all my fastgrowers after things were nicely settled. i got tired of all the trimming and thought i was doing myself a favor. yah right now i have algae growing on almost all my plants. oh well i wanna do a makeover anyway and switch to flourite. here some pictures. im no great photographer so i did my best. keep in mind its flowing kinda slow, when i crank it up it flows wildly.

bump

i will try to get some better photos, but i must say i think it works pretty good. i know all the bubbles are very very small compared to what comes out of the ladder. i hope to post some new photos as soon as i rescape.
