How Fast Do Severums Grow?

I recently puchaced one thats about 2" and i was wondering how fast they grow. He seems to get along with my clown loaches and tiger barbs just fine. Same with the golden gourami as the gourami is full grown.

I have had mine for a year, I bought it at about that size, it is nearing 4inches now.

too bad. i was hoping it would grow faster. what do you feed him?

Severums grow very fast to 4 or 5 inches, and slow down from there. ahealthy diet for a young sev would be cichlid sticks, tropical fish flakes, and anyother nutrituous food as a staple. For treats, frozen foods will be accepted
