How does this sound?

Well when my tank is done cycling which should be in a week or so, i plan on stocking my 125 gallon with 3 balas (as big as i can get em), 4 clown loaches, an oscar (as small as i can get 1), a gold nugget pleco, and fw barracuda. What do you guys think.

I think FW barracuda don't exist. seriously though, what is the scientific name? Other choices seem ok for that size tank.

I had a freshwater baracuda in my other tank. Amazing and exciting fish to have. MY LFS's have them a lot of the time in stock.

there is such thing as a freshwater barracuda, i currently own 1, hes about 9" rite now but they can grow to be a foot or more.

Man i wish i had my old 1 if i got a video of it targeting a 3 inch feeder and bolting for the attack. It would be sick. He would rip it in two and swallow it whole.

Wouldn't the barracuda sorta, I don't know, eat the other fish?

Not a 'freshwater barracuda' but this is a freshwater 'red tail barracuda' Scientific name is Acestrorhynchus falcatus

Yea that seems to fit the normal FW Barracuda as well. They are actually beleive it or not very peaceful fish unless of course as with most fish that get big they are with fish that are too small to be in the same tank.
