how does it take to pair

how long does it take for swordtails to pair i have 6 3MALES AND 3 females? how will i know when they pair up?

Wont take very long to find out The males will actively start chasing the females and each other. You better get more females as they like harems rather than a one-to-one pairing.

So wont be too long before you have cute little babies

Yes...you should get a one to one or maybe a 2/3 at least.

opk heres my tank setup for it i think there might be a problem.
i am using the tank as a tank to put my feeder fish and i was also going to use it as a tank to breed? will that be find? r will the feeder fish(little swortails) eat the swortails babyes?

Yes adults eat babies. So in your tank setup you need to provide lots of cover for the babies like fine leaved plants like Java moss, hornwort etc. And let nature take its course. This way atleast a few will be saved

You could also try using a tank divider so one side is for adults and the other for fry.

Any tank with more than a few fish in it is going to be a fry graveyard. All adult fish will eat the fry. Even if the tank is heavily planted don't expect more than a few to survive. Thats what I have read at least.
