Supposedly, but the shape of the swim bladder, but they move so fast it's difficult to tell. In some species, the males get some blue colouration on the fins, but this isn't always obvious, and may depend on things like diet and how dark the aquarium is. Since you need to keep glassfish in groups (ideally at least a half-dozen) there should be some boys and girls in every batch, and they'll sort out the sexing when they get around to spawning.
Glassfish don't become gravid (which means pregnant) but "ripe" females, that is females with mature eggs ready for spawning, will be a bit more rounded than usual.
