How Do You Rate Frozen Foods

My fish liked almost any frozen food...especially the blood worms but then I got a bad batch & lost most of my fish including my green tiger barbs. I was really upset about losing them.
I threw out the remaining ones ( a large package at that...cost me something like $15 to $25).

A few weeks later I went back to the same store I'd purchased. They told me had I saved the rest of them & receipt they would have given me a refund...why would I save worms that had killed my fish???

They had become unthawed sometime between shipping & the time I purchased them & then re-frozen...really sad to lose so many fish at one time.
I won't buy frozen blood worms any longer. And I never went back to that store again.
You have to be careful with frozen foods unless you make your own.

Im up in peterhead, near inverness and i cant get live food anywhere, just make your own brine shrimp...

brine shrimp are aka as sea monkeys arent they

I asked that question on an earlier topic (months ago), I think they're similar but not quite the same.

Probaly won't help but there's an aquatic centre in Aberdeenshire. Sorry, but that;s the closest I could get to inverness!

Why don't one of you guys set up a store? There seems to be a lot of people north of Glasgow, Perth and Dundee finding it hard to get to a LFS.

That would kick ass :) theres an aquatic club in my town which is great for fish but for equipment and foods ect its poor :(
