i feed as a treat but more than monthly. i feed twice a week with live food. mainly because i breed and have bumble bee gobies that need the live food. i hatch my own brine shrimp at work so i have them on close when i need them

EDIT> i just realised it looks like ive said i breed BBG's lol of course i dont its convicts, BN's, kribs and peacocks i breed :)

I keep a culture of grindal worms in an old margarine tub with compost and feed them on porridge oats. They are easy to keep and reproduce at a good rate.

I used to keep a colony of daphnia in a jug of water and feed them liquifry- might get some more and start again. Again easy to keep and will reproduce.

I feed different fish differently. The ticos and heterandria elegans get grindal worms several times a week, the young guppies and heterandria formosa maybe twice a week, the other fish from time to time. And I feed TetraDelica jellied foods a couple of times a week to my tanks.
