How do you clean gravel/plants etc.

My little coffee-pot fish apparently has fungus Hopefully he'll survive it, but should I steralize his plants and decorations before using them in a healthy betta's tank? If so, how?

im no expert but you could try to boil em ive heard that works hope he gets better

you could try distilled white vinegar, read it on a thread a while ago, just rinse items well.
use it to rinse all the stuff for the tanks in my house.

just hot hot water from a tap is ok, dont need to use boiling water as from past experience boiling water can bend some items, used boiling water on a tank once and it cracked.
